  Doctor called in a prescription. 1 1/2 hours later, went by to pick it up. They said it wasn't ready, but they would bump it up so it would be ready in ten minutes. I went back (through the drive through). After sitting for an hour in a line that didn't move, and stuck between two cars so I couldn't even leave, I get up to the window and I am told they don't have the medication in supply. I was told it would be ready on Tuesday. Called late Tuesday afternoon to see if it is ready, and I am told it was "being filled" and would be ready in an "hour...maybe two or three." Seriously worse customer service ever! This isn't the first time, either. I drop of a prescription, they tell me it will be ready in an hour, three hours later it is still not ready. They misentered my insurance information several times. Incompetent people!

  Never answer their phones, constantly blame insurance for problems that don't exist in order to buy time. Takes days to respond to doctor requests. Will keep you waiting for ages at the drive-through refusing to acknowledge your existance and holding your cards/ID/etc. random for >30 minutes because they didn't send the tube. Never bill the insurance first, thus taking an additional 15-20 minutes to re-process every, single, order.
